Our Return Policy

We want you to love every Lumière Beauty product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unused and in their original, sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received them
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged:

  • Opened skincare products (serums, moisturizers, cleansers)
  • Opened makeup products (foundations, lipsticks, palettes)
  • Opened fragrances and perfumes
  • Gift sets that have been opened or partially used
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
