Lumière Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Certain items (opened cosmetics, fragrances, and gift sets) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
